Pre-seasoned for use and made for the tough jobs, the Pyrolux Pyrocast Rectangular Grill Tray measures a very generous 48x26x2.2cm and is suitable for use on all cooking surfaces including induction and of course, an open fire. Deeply ribbed on one side and flat on the other, with lifting handles at either end, the heavy duty cast iron is perfect for high temperature cooking. As with all cast iron cookware, the even heat distribution and retention means it is essential to handle the hot grill with protective gloves. Although your Grill Tray comes pre-seasoned, it is a simple process to fully season and care for your valuable cast iron cookware.
