Scanpan Clad5 saucepan is made with 5 plies of clad stainless steel making them durable and long-lasting. It has stainless steel cast handle and knob. Attractive satin trim glass lid for easy progress viewing of your meal and straight wall sealed edges that put Clad 5 at the top of the premium offer available. It's 5 ply construction includes three layers of rapid heat-conducting aluminium, throughout the base and up the sides. The aluminium is then enveloped in stainless steel 18/10 for maximum durability on the inside and 18/0 stainless steel for compatibility with all cooking energy sources externally, including induction.
