QUYNH-VY PHAM

Born in Saigon (now Ho Chi Minh City), Quynh-Vy Pham is the second-oldest of five siblings. Her earliest memories are steeped in her parents’ first pho restaurant, a foundational experience that shaped her lifelong career as a restaurateur. When not tending to the bar or adding to her Pomeranian family, Quynh-Vy enjoys a life of leisure, spending time with her nieces and nephew, or gathering with friends for delicious food, refreshing drinks, or a combination of both.

YENVY PHAM

Yenvy Pham, born and raised in Seattle, Washington, is the youngest of five in a bustling Vietnamese family. Her journey in the culinary world began at age 12, working in her family’s restaurant, and food has remained her guiding passion ever since. Her deep affection for Vietnamese flavors is central to all her endeavors. In 2021, she launched her first coffee shop, a venture dedicated to celebrating the artistry of roasting and brewing. Currently, Yenvy dedicates her time to managing the restaurants, crafting new recipes, and the ongoing challenge of ensuring the businesses not only survive but flourish. She thrives on vibrant dinner parties, energetic karaoke nights, and contributing to the liveliness and vitality of her community.
