About The Author
William Fawcett
William Fawcett is a Consultant Anaesthetist at The Royal Surrey County Hospital, Guildford and Professor at the School of Medicine at Surrey University. He is an Associate Editor for British Journal of Anaesthesia – Education, the CPD journal for the Royal College of Anaesthetists. He is a Past Vice-President of the Association of Anaesthetists.
Olivia Dow is an Anaesthetic Registrar at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, London. She is the current Trainee Representative and Council member for the European Society of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care (ESAIC), in addition to being the Trainee Chair for the European Society of Airway Management (EAMS).
Judith Dinsmore is a Consultant Anaesthetist with a specialist interest in Neuroanaesthesia at St. George’s Hospital, London. She is an examiner and assessor for the JCIE and is on the Associate Editorial Board of the British Journal of Anaesthesia and Journal of Neurosurgical Anaesthesiology.
