About The Author

Warwick Henderson

Warwick Henderson initially pursued a career in shipping but, through chance encounters, found himself interacting with artists and auctioneers, fostering his interest in the art world. In 1986, he established an award-winning gallery in Parnell. Over the years, his gallery has hosted more than 250 exhibitions for leading New Zealand artists. He is also a licensed auctioneer. Since 1985, Warwick has written on art, antiques, and collectibles for magazines including Home and Building, KiaOra, Personal Investor, Carters Antique Magazine (Australia), and Antique Toy World (USA). He regularly prepares catalogues for his gallery. He lives with his family in Auckland.
