Tara Brach is a clinical psychologist and an internationally known teacher of mindfulness meditation. She is the founder of the Insight Meditation Community of Washington.

Brach is the bestselling author of Radical Acceptance, Radical Compassion, and Trusting the Gold. Her weekly podcasted talks and meditations are downloaded by over 3 million people each month.
