Dr. Swati Sharma

Dr. Swati Sharma holds an MSc from Dr. Yashwant Singh Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, Nauni Solan, H.P., India, and a PhD from the University Malaysia, Pahang, Malaysia. She is currently an Assistant Professor at the University Institute of Biotechnology, Chandigarh University, Mohali, India. Her previous roles include visiting researcher at the College of Life and Environmental Sciences, Konkuk University, Seoul, South Korea; program co-coordinator at the Himalayan Action Research Center (HARC), Dehradun; and Senior Research Fellow at the Indian Agricultural Research Institute (2013-2014). Dr. Sharma’s research interests lie in bioplastics, hydrogels, keratin nanofibers and nanoparticles, biodegradable polymers, and polymers with antioxidant and anticancer activities, as well as sponges. She has authored numerous books and papers in internationally reputed journals.

Dr. Ashok Kumar Nadda

Dr. Ashok Kumar Nadda is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics at Jaypee University of Information Technology, India. His research interests include microbial biotechnology, biocatalysis, biopolymers, enzyme immobilization, bioenergy, and CO2 conversion.

Dr. Kalim Deshmukh

Dr. Kalim Deshmukh is a senior researcher at the New Technologies Research Centre, University of West Bohemia, Pilsen, Czech Republic. With over 20 years of research experience in nanomaterials and polymeric materials, he specializes in polymer blends, nanocomposites, and nanohybrids. His work focuses on nanoscale dispersion, interfacial chemistry, and structure–property relationships relevant to applications in energy storage, gas sensing, biosensing, electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding, and high-k dielectrics. He has authored more than 200 publications, including research articles and reviews, in leading international journals. Dr. Deshmukh has also edited or co-edited several books.

Prof. Chaudhery Mustansar Hussain, PhD, is an adjunct professor and director of laboratories in the Department of Chemistry & Environmental Sciences at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), Newark, New Jersey, United States. His research interests encompass sustainability, nanotechnology applications, advanced materials, environmental management, analytical chemistry, and various industrial sectors. Dr. Hussain is a prolific author, having published numerous papers in peer-reviewed journals and authored or edited approximately 200 books, including scientific monographs and handbooks.
