Sue Shepherd
Dr. Sue Shepherd is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with coeliac disease and is an international expert in the dietary management of coeliac disease and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). She developed a successful form of fructose malabsorption diet and was a member of the research team that developed the Low-FODMAP Diet. Sue heads Shepherd Works, consulting on gastrointestinal nutrition. Her published works include Gluten-free Cooking, The Gluten-free Kitchen, Food Intolerance Management Plan, and Allergy-free Cooking Recipe Book.
