Steve Dillon
Steve Dillon
Steve Dillon is a fan-favourite writer and artist for 2000 AD, and the creator of both Hap Hazzard and the Irish Judge Joyce. His writing for 2000 AD includes Future Shocks and Rogue Trooper, while Dillon’s pencils have graced A.B.C. Warriors, Bad Company, Judge Dredd, Harlem Heroes, Ro-Busters, Rogue Trooper, and Tyranny Rex. Dillon achieved international recognition for his work on DC/Vertigo’s Preacher, co-created with Garth Ennis.
Gordon Rennie
Gordon Rennie is one of 2000 AD’s most prolific creators, with co-creative credits for Caballistics, Inc., Missionary Man, Necronauts, Storming Heaven, Rain Dogs, and Witchworld. Rennie has also written for Heavy Metal and Warhammer, as well as Species, Starship Troopers, and White Trash.
Brett Ewins
Since his Future Shock debut in Prog 37, Brett Ewins has been one of 2000 AD’s most beloved artists. Co-creator of the classic Bad Company, Ewins has also contributed to A.B.C. Warriors, Daily Star Dredd, Judge Anderson, Judge Dredd, Kelly, Mega-City One, Rogue Trooper, Ro-Jaws, Robo-Tales, and Universal Soldier.
Beyond 2000 AD, Ewins was a co-founding editor of Deadline magazine and co-pencilled and inked the acclaimed Skreemer series, which he co-created with writer Peter Milligan. He also created Johnny Nemo, which is now enjoying success in a new US edition from Cyberosia Publishing.
Chris Weston
Chris Weston has drawn a vast array of stories for 2000 AD and Megazine, including Indigo Prime, Downlode Tales, Future Shocks, Canon Fodder, Judge Dredd, Nemesis the Warlock, Nikolai Dante, Pulp Sci-Fi, Robo-Hunter, Rogue Trooper, and Vector 13. Beyond 2000 AD, Weston’s work includes Fantastic Four: First Family, Enemy Ace: War in Heaven, The Filth, The Invisibles, Ministry of Space, and Garth Ennis’s War Story: Johann’s Tiger.
Staz Johnson
Stewart “Staz” Johnson began his artistic career working on RPG magazines. He then moved to Marvel UK, where he worked on weekly comic book series such as Transformers and Action Force. After working on many of Marvel’s top titles, including Thor, The Avengers, and Spider-Man, he moved to DC Comics, working on several Batman titles. His work for 2000 AD includes Judge Dredd, Future Shocks, Rogue Trooper, and the strip Killer, which he co-created with Steve Moore.
