About The Author

Sinclair

Elsa Sinclair’s lifelong pursuit of horse training took a turn when a student questioned whether horses enjoy being ridden and if they know they have a choice. Unable to answer, Sinclair embarked on a quest to discover if horses would allow riding without force, control, or treats. Using a Mustang mare and only body language, she explored the possibilities. Her project resulted in a documentary called Taming Wild and the horsemanship method she now teaches: Freedom Based Training®.
