Shyam Sankar is the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Palantir Technologies. He has over two decades of experience building disruptive software and AI solutions for government and private sector customers. Joining Palantir in 2006 as employee #13, Shyam developed the company’s groundbreaking Forward Deployed Engineering model. Under his leadership, Palantir has evolved from a Silicon Valley startup into a global, industry-leading software and AI company.

Shyam holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University and a master’s degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University. He is also the co-founder and chairman of Founders Films, a production company focused on telling stories that celebrate American identity. Additionally, he serves as the chairman of Ginkgo Bioworks and is a trustee at the Hudson Institute.

Madeline Hart plays a crucial role in initiating new projects within Palantir’s US Government sector, with a specific emphasis on Defense and Space. She co-founded Palantir’s First Breakfast publication, which aims to revitalize the American industrial base, and launched The Defense Reformation in late 2024. Madeline is also a fellow with the Roots of Progress Institute.

Before her work at Palantir, she was the Head of Business Development at Synapse, an AI security and defense company that was acquired by Palantir. Madeline graduated from Harvard University cum laude with a BA in Economics. She resides in New York City with her husband and son.
