Judge (Ret.) Pierre H. Bergeron previously served on Ohio’s First District Court of Appeals. He is the Lively Professor of Government and Law at Centre College and practices law at Markovits, Stock & DeMarco LLC.

Shannon Price is a practicing attorney and Professor at the University of Kentucky David J. Rosenberg College of Law, where her scholarship focuses on access to justice, housing law, and the evolution of civil dockets.
