Richelle A. McCoy is a wife, mother, and mentor who believes in raising children with love, structure, and purpose. A former television news anchor and proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Richelle’s life journey has taken her from the anchor desk to the heart of motherhood. Through multiple moves, career pivots, and faith-led parenting, she has dedicated her life to nurturing strong family values, cultivating Black excellence, and empowering her two daughters to lead with confidence and grace.

Her passion for uplifting women and families shines through her writing, where she blends humor, honesty, and hard-won wisdom to inspire others. Whether she’s sharing lessons about routines, marriage, or finding your “mom tribe,” Richelle’s stories are rooted in real life and deep love.

She currently lives with her husband, James, her greatest love and partner of nearly three decades, and continues to champion the beauty and power of intentional parenting.
