Sean Michael Wilson
Sean Michael Wilson is a comic book writer from Scotland, currently living in Japan. He has authored numerous books published by various US, UK, and Japanese publishers, including The Book of Five Rings. He also edited AX: Alternative Manga, which was recognized by Publishers Weekly as one of the “Best Books of 2010” in comics. In 2016, his book Lafcadio Hearn’s “The Faceless Ghost” and Other Macabre Tales from Japan received an Eisner Award nomination. In 2017, Secrets of the Ninja won an International Manga Award from the Japanese Government.
Michiru Morikawa is a Japanese illustrator and manga artist, honored with the 2005 International Manga and Anime Award. She has collaborated with Sean Michael Wilson on two graphic novels: Buskers and Yakuza Moon.
