Sarah Howells, aka The Gluten Free Blogger, is on a mission to create the best gluten-free recipes since sliced bread. Diagnosed with coeliac disease in 2002, she started The Gluten Free Blogger in 2010 to connect with other gluten-free people and help them love food again. Sarah has written for, or featured in, articles by BBC Good Food, the i, Metro and ASDA magazine and prior to blogging full time she worked as a journalist.
