About The Author

Sam Thompson

Sam Thompson is a recognized British television personality, radio presenter, and podcaster, formerly a star of Made In Chelsea. In 2023, he won ITV’s I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!, captivating the public with his positive and energetic personality. He has since appeared on various broadcast programs, including becoming a presenter on ITV’s This Morning and participating in ITV’s Celebrity Sabotage and Channel 4’s The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up To Cancer.

In 2023, Sam released his debut E4 documentary, Sam Thompson: Is This ADHD?, which explored his journey with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Proud of his neurodiversity, which includes ADHD and Autism, Sam became an Ambassador for ADHD UK in 2024. He has also spoken at the ADHD International Conference and is committed to raising awareness and funds for the cause.

Sam also serves as an Ambassador for The King’s Trust, demonstrating a passion for supporting young people in the UK and internationally. In this capacity, he met HRH King Charles at Buckingham Palace in June 2025.

His first adult book, co-authored with Pete Wicks, Staying Relevant, was a Sunday Times bestseller. You, Me & ADHD is Sam’s first children’s book.

He resides in London with his two cats, Albus and Cedric.
