Robert Savage is a Yorkshire-born travel writer who now resides in St Petersburg, Florida, via way of Durham University under the tutelage of Chancellor Bill Bryson and a ten-year stint in London. Robert authored guidebooks on Sheffield and Windsor, and contributed to The Guardian, Le Monde and Der Spiegel, before hopping the pond to embrace all things Floridian. You can find his works in the permanent collections of the British Library, and Oxford and Cambridge University libraries. When he’s not on the road chasing a commission with his beloved corgi Rufus, you’ll find Robert cocktailing in London with his lifelong friends from the BritishGuild of Travel Writers.

Iain Stewart has been visiting Guatemala since the early 1990s, when he spent an extended stay in the country at the tail end of a round-the-world trip. Since then, he has returned many times, and has written exclusively about the country and the Maya region for guidebooks, newspapers and magazines. He knows of no more beautiful place than the Guatemalan highlands, but lives close to the beach in Brighton, England.
