She is known for her all-encompassing blog, Miles Guide, highlighting travel experiences and local artisanal brands, notably in her annual “A Jamaican-Made Christmas Gift Guide”. Sarah has contributed to many Rough Guides across the region, including The Rough Guide to the Caribbean and The Rough Guide to Jamaica.

Deanne Allgrove is a writer and producer for print, theatre, television and film, as well as an actor. Her mainstay, however, is travel writing. She has written for Air Jamaica’s in-flight video magazine travel show, Island Stylee and Kuya magazine and been Managing Editor of Jamaica Experiences, and is currently a Creative Director of Blink Creative. She is happiest living out a travel itinerary or building a new one.

Laura Henzell is a lifestyle writer and editor based in Kingston, Jamaica. With fifteen years of experience in the publishing industry, she has curated and contributed to several Jamaican magazines, including KUYA, MoDA Mag, Jamaica Experiences, Indulge and SkyWritings, Air Jamaica’s inflight magazine, as well as The Rough Guide to Jamaica.
