About The Author
Robert Danhi
Robert Danhi is a teacher, writer and chef with two decades of extensive research in Thailand eating, cooking and smiling. His first book, Southeast Asian Flavors was awarded Best Asian Cookbook in the USA & 2nd Best in the World by Gourmand and was nominated by the James Beard Foundation for Best International Cookbook. When not on an adventure in Asia, he lives in Los Angeles surrounded by an extensive Southeast Asian community.
Corinne Trang is an award-winning cookbook author, expert on Asian cuisines and cultures, beverage and food consultant, brands and commodities spokesperson, lecturer (NYU, Syracuse, University of Texas, etc…), and chef.
