Critics Review
“I strongly urge people to carefully study the form in this book, as it is both practical in application and beneficial for one’s health if practiced diligently. It is uncommon to see a book that can bring such an intricate two-man form to life!”
—Sifu Ming Lum, the “Godfather of Kung Fu”
“This is as practical and comprehensive a treatise as I have ever seen on an advanced traditional Chinese weapon. I recommend it for serious students of the ancient warrior arts who are fascinated by the three-section’s elegant precision and furious velocity.”
—Sifu Gini Lau, Head of the World Eagle Claw Association
“I highly recommend this book as an excellent aid for interested practitioners of the martial arts, not only of northern styles, but of all styles.”
—Sifu Dennis “Dino” Salvatera, Headmaster of the Hung-Sing Choy Lee Fut Association, USA
