Rebecca King
Becca King, MS, RDN is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor from Charlotte, North Carolina. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a minor in Women’s Studies from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from Winthrop University. Becca is an adult with ADHD, who struggled for years with disordered eating and chronic dieting, eventually healing her relationship with food through intuitive eating. In July 2020, Becca founded ADHD Nutritionist LLC to help ADHDers work with their brains so they can eat in a way that makes them feel their best mentally and physically. Her virtual private practice supports adults and teens with ADHD, who struggle with binge eating, chronic dieting, and body image issues, heal their relationship with food, and find food freedom. Becca’s popular Instagram page The ADHD Nutritionist (@adhd.nutritionist), is the #1 page for content relating to ADHD and food. Started in 2020, the page has grown to 200k followers in three years and continues to attract new fans every day. Becca also maintains a busy podcast schedule, having been a guest on some of the biggest podcasts relating to ADHD, including the I Have ADHD Podcast, ADHD for Bad Ass Women, and Adulting with ADHD Podcast.
