Description

-Feist remains one of Spectra's strongest backlist authors, with almost 4 million copies of his books in print (almost 2.5 million alone as part of the Riftwar Saga) and 2.3 million sold (of which 1.6 million are for Riftwar alone). Each book has been through between 11 to 30 printings, with average ROMS still in the 1000s.-Feist's books have hit the bestseller list multiple times, both for us and for his current publisher, HarperCollins.-In conjunction with the Author's Preferred Edition of Prince of the Blood, which will be coming out in hardcover, Spectra will be repacking all of Feist's remaining Riftwar books (Magician- Apprentice, Magician- Master, Silverthorn, A Darkness at Sethanon, and The King's Buccaneer).-A similiar upswing in sales was seen when we reissued the Author's Preferred Editions of Magician- Apprentice and Magician- Master in November 1992 (Doubleday hardcover) and January 1994 (Bantam mass market).

Critic Reviews

“"I”

found Silverthorn to be as  exciting and absorbing as Magician  in every way. The excellent characterization  wedded to a tight and well-tumed plot makes it one of  the outstanding fantasy offerings of the season."  --Andre Norton
