What They're Saying

Critics Review

“A batshit, sulfur-soaked, pedal-to-the-metal gorefest with a killer concept and even more killer execution.” – Matt Dinniman (New York Times bestselling author of Dungeon Crawler Carl) “BIG RIG is the grimdark combo of SPAWN and CONVOY, a demonic ripsnorter that starts faster than you think it will and keeps driving.” – Adam Cesare, USA TODAY Bestselling author of Clown in a Cornfield“I love the art, attitude and characters.” – Michael Bay (Producer)“The surprise break-out indie comic of the year.” * Screenrant *“Keep the hammer down and the hell fires burning — Wassel, Malone, and Gooden deliver one of the wildest man vs. demon takes in many a gibbous moon!” – Patton Oswalt (Money Shot, Minor Threats)“Gloriously unhinged. Wassel, Malone, & Gooden put the pedal to the death metal.” – Daniel Kibblesmith (TV & Comics Writer) “For anyone in love with legendary cult classics like Army of Darkness and Evil Dead, this is … for you.” – Nicholas Eames (Kings of the Wyld, Barbaric) “I wish I’d thought of this.” – Daniel Warren Johnson (Transformers, Do A Power Bomb, Murder Falcon, Wonder Woman: Dead Earth) about BIG RIG“This is the most metal fucking thing I’ve ever read. If Army of Darkness, Big Trouble in Little China and, I don’t know, Ozzy Osborne all got drunk and procreated, you’d have Big Rig. Post, Adrian and Nathan have done something incredible here.” – Christopher Yost (Thor: Ragnarok, The Mandalorian“Taking the highway to hell has never been more of a ride! Malone, Wassel and Gooden’s demon-fueled BIG RIG doesn’t hit the brakes once!” – Cavan Scott (Star Wars: High Republic, Gwenpool, Shadow Service)

About The Author

Post Malone

Post Malone is a 9x diamond-certified GRAMMY® Award-nominated phenomenon, Dallas, Texas artist who regularly rewrites history, blurs boundaries, and incites internet-breaking conversation with every move. BIG RIG is his first graphic novel.

Adrian Wassel is an award-winning writer and editor, known for his work on some of the bestselling and most acclaimed comics of the last decade. When he is not at his desk, you can find him playing in the mountains of Montana.

Nathan Gooden is an acclaimed artist known for co-creating the bestselling comic, Barbaric, as well as his work on Brandon Sanderson’s Dark One, and Dark Knights of Steel. He lives in Baltimore, Maryland and plays a lot of basketball.

Der-shing Helmer is the Eisner-nominated and Ignatz-award winning independent science-fantasy and educational comic artist from the CA Bay Area, now based in the San Diego Area. Der-shing is currently the Managing Editor at Vault Comics. She is a self-taught artist, and has a biology degree from UC Berkeley as well as a formal background in secondary science education.

Jim Campbell is a twice-Eisner-nominated comic-book letterer, one-time writer (perhaps again in the future!) and occasional artist (although his enthusiasm rather outstrips his actual ability). He knows more about print production than mortal man was meant to know and has also scanned more images than you’ve had hot dinners. Unless you’re ninety years old. Hometown: Nottingham, United Kingdom.
