Omar Allibhoy

Omar Allibhoy worked with Ferran Adria of the legendary El Bulli restaurant, before becoming chef at El Pirata de Tapas in London’s Notting Hill. He subsequently opened his two Tapas Revolution restaurants at Bluewater and Westfield. He lives in London.
