Nick Fisher began his journey in the cocktail world in New York City during the cocktail renaissance, developing an appreciation for craft cocktails. A “Cocktails 101” class in San Francisco ignited his passion for home bartending, leading him to experiment with techniques like encasing cocktails in ice spheres. In 2014, he launched the YouTube channel Cocktail Chemistry to share these techniques, quickly becoming a popular cocktail resource. His channel focuses on creative twists on classic cocktails, beautiful visuals, and easy-to-follow instructions, aimed at both beginner and experienced home bartenders. Nick resides in San Francisco with his wife and daughter.
