His research examines decision making, risk, resilience, and the management of organizational tensions, and he has published widely, including several books that advance understanding of how individuals and organizations can navigate uncertainty.

Chantal C. Cantarelli is an Associate Professor in Project and Programme Management at Cranfield University. Her research focuses on the performance and management of major programs, with an emphasis on the unique challenges of megaprojects.

Neil Turner is a Professor of Project Management at Cranfield University. His current research activities involve organisational knowledge and learning in the context of complex projects, and how strategic operational choices can improve both delivery performance and resilience.

Dr Kate Davis is Associate Professor (Reader) in Project Management at Cranfield University, bringing over two decades of leadership in higher education.
