About The Author
Miriam Decosta-Willis
Miriam Decosta-Willis taught at LeMoyne-Owen College, George Mason University, University of Maryland, and Memphis State University. Her published works include Daughters of the Diaspora- Afra-Hispanic Writers, Notable Black Memphians, and Singular Like a Bird. She studied at Wellesley College and Johns Hopkins University.
Reginald Martin received his MFA from Norwich University and his PhD from University of Tulsa. His academic focus is on composition and African-American literary theory. His published works include A Deeper Shade- The Best in Black Erotica and Everybody Know What Time It Is. He teaches at the University of Memphis.
Roseann P. Bell received her PhD from Emory University. Her published works include Sturdy Black Bridges- Visions of Black Women in Literature and Erotique Noire/Black Erotica.
