Critics Review
‘This volume looking at ‘life behind the scenes’ is a tribute to the commitment and dedication of the support crews. All in all an excellent ‘inside’ view of steam operation in the UK in the later preservation era. Recommended unreservedly.’ – The Railway Magazine, May 2025
