Critics Review

“Michael Clinton stands at the vanguard of a new social movement: longevity. He is both a leader of, and evangelist for, those roaring into the second half of their lives. Through his work, he’s discovered the men and women who are foundational to the movement. And in Longevity Nation, he introduces us to them, revealing in fascinating detail how these people are reshaping our future lives. Long after you’ve finished the book, you’ll still be thinking about their bold ideas. They will leave you reassured and inspired.” – Michael Sebastian, Editor in Chief of Esquire“Michael Clinton masterfully weaves together stories from visionary entrepreneurs, researchers, and communities who are turning demographic challenges into breakthrough opportunities, revealing how forward-thinking leaders are building infrastructure for a world where living to 100 becomes the norm. For anyone seeking to understand and capitalize on the most significant societal shift of our time, Longevity Nation is essential reading.” – Laura L. Carstensen, PhD, professor of psychology, Fairleigh S. Dickinson Jr. professor in public policy, and founding director, Stanford Center on Longevity “Following up on his bestselling book Roar, longevity thought-leader Michael Clinton is back with Longevity Nation, a ground-breaking analysis of the strides we have made around living stronger, longer, and the vast, untapped opportunities that remain in the areas of policy, medicine, advertising, and beyond. Leveraging the knowledge and experience of the top scientists, innovators, marketers, and thinkers, this deeply necessary book makes the strongest possible case for reframing the cultural conversation around aging, while offering actionable advice for anyone looking to supercharge the second half of their life.” – Lucy Kaylin, Editorial Director, Hearst Magazines
