Martin Hewings
John Hewings is a Professor of Economics and Urban and Regional Planning Emeritus at the University of Illinois. He holds degrees from the Universities of Birmingham, and Iowa. He has held visiting appointments at the Universities of Karlsruhe, Toronto, British Columbia, and Western Australia and the Politecnico di Milano. He is the author or editor of several books and numerous articles in the fields of regional science, input-output analysis, and economic impact assessment.
