Mando Rayo started the blog Taco Journalism in 2007. He is currently the Vice President of Engagement for Cultural Strategies and previously was the Director of Community Engagement at United Way Capital Area. Jarod Neece is a senior programmer and manager for South by Southwest, and an editor and writer at Taco Journalism.
