Lucy Willetts
Polly Waite is a Clinical Psychologist and BABCP-accredited CBT therapist with extensive experience assessing and treating children and young people with anxiety disorders within the Anxiety and Depression Pathway, Berkshire CAMHS, and the University of Reading. She also researches to improve the understanding and treatment of anxiety disorders in children and young people, has been involved in treatment trials for childhood and adolescent anxiety disorders, and has written and lectured extensively on childhood anxiety.
Dr. Lucy Willetts is a clinical psychologist working in private practice. She is co-author of Can I Tell You About Anxiety?, Overcoming Your Child’s Fears and Worries, Parent-led CBT for Child Anxiety, and Free From Panic.
