Carissa Waechter
Carissa Waechter is co-founder of Carissa’s. After working in some of New York City’s leading restaurants, including Daniel Boulud’s Daniel, she co-founded Carissa’s Breads in 2010, earning acclaim for baking rooted in seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
