Liz Lewis is the founder of and a coach for ADHD women. She has presented for ADDA, the ADHD Women’s Palooza, the International Conference on ADHD, and other organizations. What began as a desire to write about ADHD women from a “non-expert” point of view has now become a community of support for thousands of readers each month on her Substack. She has also contributed articles to Attitude.
