About The Author
Lindsey Jude
Lindsey Jude is a Senior Dietitian, who through her years of clinical experience, saw an alarming rise in food allergies, fussy eating and obesity. Fortunately, much of these can be prevented if solids are introduced correctly. After the birth of her son she was concerned at the lack of accessible, evidenced-based nutrition information for parents. This book arose out of her desire to fill that need and stop the rise of preventable health conditions.
