About The Author
Kuru
Kuru has been a freelance artist, painter, and illustrator since 2008. She managed Manga Ink, a store specialising in drawing materials, crafts, hobbies, fine arts materials, and books, from 2010 to 2018. This offered her opportunities to collaborate with Clairefontaine for the Manga Paper range, and with COPIC France, EIMA, CLIP STUDIO PAINT, Reno Lemaire, Mangadraft, and Fleurus ditions on various projects. Since 2021, she has been a manga drawing teacher, giving private lessons and leading workshops in manga drawing, storytelling, comic book creation, colouring with alcohol markers and introduction to CLIP STUDIO PAINT software. Throughout her career, she has interacted with artists, authors, manga fans, apprentice designers, and teachers, expanding her artistic and educational background. She lives in the South of France.
