Summary

Are you physically and emotionally exhausted at the thought of going through one more day of parenting?

An incredible two-thirds of working parents report burnout. Caregiver, spouse, teacher, cook, cleaner, emotional support—today, as parents, we’re tasked with doing more than ever for our families, and it’s all just too much. We’re depressed. We’re anxious. We’re touched-out. We’re nowhere close to the parents we know we can be on our best days.
