Critics Review

A comprehensive romp through everything you wanted to know about sex in a compassionate, inclusive, and educational way. Moyle will have you realising just how much there is to know about sex that nobody has taught you. * Dr Karen Gurney, @TheSexDoctor and author of Mind The Gap and How Not To Let Having Kids Ruin Your Sex Life *

This book is essential reading for anyone who cares about their relationship to, and experience of, sex. Kate breaks down all the most important and essential topics surrounding sex and intimacy in a way that is both engaging and relatable. I wish I had had access to this book many, many years ago since it would have helped me to have such a much better relationship to sex from the get-go. Nevertheless, I feel immensely grateful that I get to read it now, in my thirties. Our relationship to sex is, after all, ever-changing and must be continually nurtured and cultivated - this book will help you do just that. I have listened to Kate’s podcast, The Sexual Wellness Sessions, since it launched and found this book a perfect accompaniment to and extension of many of the topics addressed so brilliantly on the pod. Read this book and then buy it for every friend and family member who still feels uncomfortable talking about sex.

* Emma-Louise Boynton, Founder of Sex Talks *A warm, comprehensive, myth-busting, shame-shattering dive into all aspects of pleasure, intimacy and sexuality. This book isn’t just an education—it’s a guide for nurturing deeper connections, understanding yourself and others, and building a more confident relationship with intimacy. Kate’s book belongs proudly on every household bookshelf. * Anna Mathur, Psychotherapist, Speaker & Sunday Times Best Selling Author of The Uncomfortable Truth, Mind Over Mother and Raising A Happier Mother *
