About The Author
Karen Wilson-Timmons
Karen Wilson-Timmons lives in a redwood forest in Northern California. She draws her inspiration for children’s books from a lifetime study and practice of India’s bhakti or devotional tradition. A published poet, journalist, and author, she is currently working on her first novel. She has a BA in humanities from the University of Illinois and an MA in counseling psychology from the University of San Francisco. Illustrator Marie Thérèse Dubois is a self-taught artist who lives in Murs-Erigne, France.
