J.W. (Johnny) Wray was fired from his office job during the Great Depression, took it as sign from God, taught himself how to build and sail a boat, and embarked on a lifetime's adventure chasing his dream around the islands of the South Pacific, becoming an inspiration to generations.

A great true account of a time in our past when Kiwi's weren't afraid to have a go at what ever they believed in.
Written in every day language that makes it all so believable that it could easily have been the bloke you know who lives next door.. an around great yarn.
