About The Author
Jim Zub
Jim Zub is a writer, artist, and editor. He is best known for his work on Conan and his creator-owned series Skullkickers, which ran for 33 issues after its 2010 launch.
Zub’s career began in 2001 with his first comic, Makeshift Miracle. He has since written for numerous publishers and properties, including IDW, Marvel, and Cartoon Network. His writing credits include Street Fighter, Samurai Jack, Thunderbolts, Uncanny Avengers, Dungeons & Dragons, and Wolverine. He also created the series Wayward.
In 2019, Zub wrote Rick and Morty vs. Dungeons & Dragons: Chapter II: Painscape, which was nominated for an Eisner Award in 2022 for Best Graphic Album. Throughout his career, he has received and been nominated for various awards, including the Web Cartoonists’ Choice Award, Yalsa, Animex, and the Joe Shuster Canadian Comic Award for Outstanding Writer.
