Critics Review
“Having covered Young Sheldon as extensively as I did, wasn’t expecting many surprises from Jessica’s book. Boy was I wrong. Her Big Bang Theory oral history was fantastic. This one’s even better.”–Ryan Schwartz, senior editor at TVLine
“I’ve never been in therapy, but doing these interviews sure felt like I was, and I mean that in the best way! It was so easy to talk to Jessica, who is one of the most kindhearted and welcoming people you’ll ever meet, and deserves every bit of the success that’s coming her way. From the very first interview to the final draft, this book is a testament to just how incredibly talented she is. This book shows the uncut version of a beautiful show we are all so blessed to have taken a part in!”–Montana Jordan, Georgie Cooper
“Jessica is not an outsider. She’s a welcomed member of the Cooper crew and became our family historian. Her book has given me the gift of learning about the Young Sheldon story beyond my own experience. And it has further deepened my immense gratitude for seven life-changing seasons.”–Lance Barber, George Cooper Sr.
“Some books about TV seem to exist primarily to remind fans how much they loved a show. Jessica Radloff had more on her mind while writing YOUNG SHELDON, an oral history that celebrates the series while repeatedly pulling back the curtain on the uncertainty, disagreements, exhaustion, and occasional pain that existed alongside its success.”
–Overly Honest Reviews
“This book is a profoundly sentimental keepsake I didn’t know I needed. And for any fan of Young Sheldon, it’s the gift you’ve been waiting for.” –Zoe Perry, Mary Cooper
“Who could’ve guessed that a book about the series could be as good, surprising, funny and moving as the series itself. You’ll want to binge this too! Gosh weren’t we all so lucky!” –Annie Potts, Connie “Meemaw” Tucker
“With a deft touch, Radloff brings readers right onto the set of Young Sheldon and invites them inside, where a meal is waiting on the table and this book is ready to take you in.”–Booklist Review
