A wonderful small book giving insight, as well as practical advice into the social, emotional, physical and spiritual needs and changes for new mothers. A call to connect us to ourselves, and our loved ones, to shift the way we see this time, and hopefully inspire space to honour the enormity of it, and most of all love. An important read for expectant parents, hopeful parents, support persons, or anyone interested in the topic.
