Jan has 20 years of experience in property asset management, working for organizations such as Fenn Wright, Transport for London, the Crown Estate, Hammerson plc, and Merrill Lynch Investment Managers. She transitioned to higher education and is currently a Senior Lecturer in Real Estate at the University of Westminster and a Senior Lecturer in Management at the University of Suffolk. She also serves as an examiner for the Institute of Residential Property Management. Jan is a co-author of Property Asset Management, 4th Edition (Routledge, 2018).
