About The Author
Hossien Sahebjame
Hossien Sahebjame holds a BS in Pure Mathematics from UCLA and an MS in Pure Mathematics from CSULB. He also has experience in a mathematics PhD program.
Currently, Hossien works as a college mathematics professor and owns/operates the math education collective MyMathYourMath. He has authored a user-friendly textbook on calculus, which is the first of a three-part series covering Calculus I-III.
In his leisure time, Hossien enjoys hiking, riding his unicycle, and spending time in the water. He is also dedicated to his significant other and their three daughters. His research interests lie in the theory of integrating differential forms along compact Riemann surfaces, specifically within the fields of complex geometry and manifold theory.
Hossien has successfully passed qualifying exams at both the Master’s and PhD levels in Topology, Real Analysis, and Complex Analysis. While primarily considered an analyst, his work in complex geometry incorporates elements of ring and group theory.
