Critics Review
“I can’t get enough of this story. A razor-sharp historical noir that doesn’t pull any punches. Barajas and Merrill are at the top of their game. Up there with STRAY BULLETS and CRIMINAL in terms of essential crime comics. Don’t miss it.” – Alex Segura, bestselling and acclaimed author of ALTER EGO, SECRET IDENTITY, and DAREDEVIL: ENEMY OF MY ENEMY
“For fans of THE GOOD ASIAN and L.A. CONFIDENTIAL, this is the book for you… a much-needed light on the history of violence against Mexican Americans in 1940s Los Angeles.” – Hannah Rose May (ROGUES’ GALLERY, STAR TREK: LOWER DECKS)
