Helen Stephens began her career in the NHS, working there for 6 years before earning a Masters Degree in IT and Management. She then became a Management Consultant at Price Waterhouse, specializing in Health Care Services and Computer Security. In 1996, she joined Orange as an IT Security specialist, transitioning to various departments within the company. Helen completed an MBA at Bath University in 2003 and pursued further management studies at Kellogg University in Chicago in 2012.

In 2008, she joined FROM YOU TO ME, where her analytical thinking and creative talent led her to oversee the design and production of books and journals. Helen manages all design and production aspects of the business, from acquiring new authors and illustrators to developing ideas and new products. She collaborates with creatives and printers globally and has created custom books and journals for prominent UK brands.

Helen thrives on new concepts and challenges, excelling in both detailed work and strategic decision-making. Her journals, including Bump To Birthday, This Is Me, and Wonderful Days, are published by JOURNALS OF A LIFETIME, an imprint of FROM YOU TO ME. Her books, Mum To Mum Pass It On and My Wish For Christmas, are published by FORGET ME NOT BOOKS, an imprint of JOURNALS OF A LIFETIME. She encourages people to embrace new experiences and guides them in achieving their objectives.

In 2014, Helen received the Gold Medal at the global IPPY Awards in the USA for her journal Bump To Birthday. She has recently ventured into writing children’s picture books and collaborating with partners to offer baby packages to new parents. In 2007, she cycled from London to Paris on a mountain bike to raise funds for Action Medical Research.

Helen has served as the chair of her Village Hall Committee, the PTA at the local primary school, and is currently the Secretary at the town’s Swimming Club.
