Dr. Helen Krug von Nidda

Dr. Helen Krug von Nidda is an executive coach, international speaker, and educator specializing in leadership transformation and career empowerment, with a focus on professional women.

With over twenty years of global HR experience, she has worked with organizations including Morgan Stanley, Sony Music, L’Oréal, Dell, and the United Nations. Her work includes facilitating team engagements, delivering leadership workshops, and leading coaching programs for Fortune 500 companies, global nonprofits, and international organizations.

Helen is an instructor at Stanford University, Columbia University, and Smith College. She has also served as an executive coach at IMD Business School in Switzerland and INSEAD in France. She holds a Doctorate in Education from Columbia University, an MA from Webster University, a BA from Smith College, and is a certified coach and licensed career counselor.

Born in London, raised in Switzerland, and educated in the United States, her work has been featured in Forbes and Fast Company. She currently lives in Manhattan with her husband. She enjoys her daily hot chocolate and morning jogs along the Hudson River.
