Heather Darwall-Smith
Heather transitioned from a career in marketing and design to become a Mindfulness-based Psychotherapist specializing in sleep. In addition to her work at The London Sleep Centre, Heather maintains a private psychotherapy practice in Oxford, adhering to the UKCP code of ethics and undergoing regular supervision. Her work focuses on the interplay between poor sleep and mental health. She has completed additional training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and is currently pursuing a PGDip in Sleep Science at the University of Oxford.
