About The Author
Gary Keating
Gary Keating was born in the small town of Fanwood, New Jersey, and received his degree in Athletic Administration from St. John’s University, New York. Upon graduating he became a men’s college assistant basketball coach. After a few years, he stepped away to be the caregiver for his father, who had Parkinson’s disease, for 14 years. Following his father’s passing, exactly six months to the day, Gary was diagnosed with young-onset Parkinson’s at the age of 38. Now dedicated to helping in any way he can, Gary remains strong, all for the day that he can tell his father, “We Won!!!”
